Let me start by saying I love this film. Weaving together captivating tales of diverse water women, Campbell and Lessler have created a film that speaks to the heart. If you'd like to give the gift of inspiration give Dear and Yonder this year. Shot with beautiful 16mm film.

This movie is inspirational, positive and uplifting. The portrayal of surfing is much more accurate than other surf-inspired films. If you are worried about the shark scene dominating the movie, don't. It's really only a small part of the film's focus.
