Yellowstone, a Love Letter

The Stable Song by Gregory Alan Isakov on Grooveshark

Yellowstone
The scenery and people taking time to love it made me feel better about the world. The whole place was speaking, and it made me realize that everything has something to say to you if you're willing to listen. It made my heart swell and my breathing slow.
I was pretty nervous about this trip, as you know, but I think it's so important that we decided to leave for this long, because it made us associate these natural, diverse places with home. It seems that as the road becomes more of our home, we become more of a home for each other.

Devon, your writing is so incredible. I teared up reading the line you ended with. I was recently married and as we start finding our home within each other's presence, your words filled me with love, joy, and hope for our lives together. Thank you!

WOW. Just found your blog and I am LOVING all of your recent travel posts. I love you photos! Looks like you had so much fun!

I recently started a new link party on my blog that is exclusively for traveling and experiencing different places. If you could hop on over and link this post or any other 'traveling' post, I would be so grateful! Thanks so much!
